Website and Booking Data

The public pages do not load analytics, advertising pixels, a newsletter form or a contact form. The server that delivers the pages may keep standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

The “Book a call” buttons open Calendly on Calendly’s own site. Calendly receives technical request information such as your IP address and browser details, and the source label in the link (for example, that you came from prospectengine.com). If you book, Calendly receives the details you enter.

If you email us, we receive what you write and your email address, and we use them only to reply to you. See Section 8 for cookies.

Your Connected LinkedIn Accounts

When you engage the Agency, the LinkedIn accounts you choose are connected to Dewx, the outreach tool our team uses to run your outreach. Dewx and Unipile, the service that connects the accounts, then process what those accounts need to run: your profile, your connections, the messages sent and received, and the prospect lists you approve. We use this only to run your engagement, never for another client. When AI writing is switched on in Dewx, DeepSeek, an AI model provider, helps draft messages; AI writing is switched off for client workspaces today. Unipile is not an AI service. You can disconnect an account at any time.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of our users.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Client Data: We retain client engagement data for the duration of our business relationship and for up to five (5) years after the termination of services, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Marketing Data: If you have subscribed to our communications, we retain your contact information until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Website Logs: Server access logs are kept only as long as needed to run and secure the Site.

When your data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention procedures.

The public pages set no cookies. If you pick light or dark mode with the theme switch, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device and is never sent to us.

The booking calendar is provided by Calendly on its own site and may use its own cookies and similar technologies. Its cookie controls are available in the booking flow. You can also contact us by email instead.

If we add an analytics or advertising service, we will update this notice and provide any required choice before enabling non-essential tracking. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
