Privacy
Last updated 7 September 2026. Two kinds of people appear here: our clients, and the people we contact on their behalf. Both are covered.
We hold what you gave us: your contact details, your brief, your exclusion list, the sending accounts you connected, and the record of meetings we arranged. We use it to do the work you are paying for and for nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not share it with another client.
We hold your name, job title, employer, and a work email or LinkedIn profile, taken from public professional sources or from a list our client gave us. We use it to introduce our client's business to you, once, in a message that says who it is from.
Ask us to stop and we stop. Write to abrar@dewx.ai with the address or profile you were contacted on. You go on a permanent do-not-contact list that covers every channel we run and every client we work for, and we do not need a reason. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it within thirty days.
On our own systems and on the tools we use to send and to track replies. We do not publish it and we do not sell it to anyone.
Client records for as long as you are a client and seven years afterwards, because that is what tax and contract law asks of us. Prospect records for as long as the client engagement runs, and then they are deleted. Do-not-contact entries are kept permanently, because forgetting one would mean contacting you again.
