Terms
Last updated 7 September 2026. Written to be read rather than to be survived.
We identify companies that match a brief you have signed off, contact people at those companies on your behalf and from your own sending accounts, and arrange meetings between them and you.
Exactly the six tests set out at what counts as a meeting, which forms part of these terms. If a meeting fails any one of them it is not charged.
Tell us within five working days of the meeting. Where any test fails, the charge is removed. A dispute raised after five working days is honoured the first time; after that we will discuss it with you before deciding.
Your brief, your exclusion list in writing, the sending accounts, and one named person who answers a disputed meeting within five working days. We do not send anything before the exclusion list arrives. Where you have not given us that list, a meeting cannot later be disputed on the ground that the person was on it.
We do not promise any number of meetings, any conversion rate, or any revenue. No guarantee of outcome is offered, and nobody at Prospect Engine has authority to give you one.
Month to month. Cancel any time before the next billing date. Cancelling stops the following month's base. Meetings already held in the current month are still payable.
See privacy. In short: your lists stay yours, we do not sell them, we do not reuse them for another client, and anyone who asks us to stop is never contacted again.
We do not misrepresent who is writing, invent a pretext to get a meeting, or contact anyone who has asked us to stop. If you ask us to do any of those, we will decline and say why.
